My partner and I went around several bathroom stores in Yorkshire to try and find exactly what we wanted (were both quite particular lol), to eventually end up at Prime Bathrooms Sheffield. I cannot explain the sense of relief we experienced once walking over the threshold.

Ultimately the most prestigious showroom we have ever had the opportunity of looking around. There are many sections (tardis like!) of grade A bathroom setups, prompting a 2 hour visit to get around it and discuss each item. We came away with our dream bathroom, shown to us by the owner on his pre install 3D design. Very sensibly priced, we actually achieved an under-budget purchase with great ease.

The kit was delivered on time and is now installed and looking better than we ever expected. I never write reviews, but this deserved one. Unbelievable 10/10.

Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with with. We had some quite ambitious ideas for a very small bathroom that we thought wouldn't be possible in the space but he used his creative magic, made it all work and gave some fantastic suggestions we never would have thought of. Customer service was super friendly and responses incredibly quick. He sourced us a brilliant fitter who could do the job months sooner than anyone else. We're delighted with the result and couldn't recommend highly enough.

Couldn't ask for a better experience when buying a bathroom. I received multiple renders of what my bathroom would look like in different styles before purchasing anything. The level of service we received from our very first concept meeting to completion has been outstanding as well as the quality of products supplied.

I’ve had x2 full bathroom suites from Matt and the team over the past year and their design skills and customer service is second to none. The kit they provide is top quality, I’m very meticulous with my DIY and hard to please, however the team really do go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Matt has great attention to detail with his designs and I can’t recommend them enough.

Had our new bathroom designed by Matt and the team. Genuinely great customer service, really valuable advice especially on the best use of the space as our bathroom isn't that big. They were really prompt in responding to emails both during and after sales. We liked that we didn't have to chase anything up, it just got done when they said it would get done. The fact that they don't have to use any pushy sales techniques speaks volumes for how good and knowledgeable they all are. We've already designed our ensuite to be done next.

The team at Prime are incredibly professional, the designs were exactly what we wanted and the quality of the products are exceptional. We were in communication every step of the renovation and the finished bathrooms are better than we could have ever imagined. Exceptional service.

We were very pleased to order our new bathroom from Prime. We received good advice and a really useful 3D presentation that helped us to properly understand the space and make changes to achieve the required end result. The products are high quality, something also acknowledged and appreciated by the installers. Alex and Matt were responsive throughout- we needed additional tiles and they collected and delivered them the same day. All in all a very good experience and I would heartily recommend them.
